At Lionel J Wiffen jewellers we define our services by the three core categories these include, Design/Create, Re-design and Repair/Restore.
Design/Create
Whether it is for an engagement ring, wedding ring or a gift for a special occasion, we have a large selection of jewellery for you to look at and with our vast experience and knowledge we can create the jewellery that you have been looking for. After an initial meeting to discuss the design, we can source a selection of diamonds or precious stones for you to choose from, to create a personal piece of jewellery to suit your budget. We design and handcraft individual pieces of jewellery in our London workshops.
Here are just some of the things that we make; engagement rings, eternity rings, wedding rings, three stone rings, signet rings, earrings, pendants, necklaces, bracelets, bangles, brooches, cufflinks, tie pins and tiaras.
Re-design
If you have an item you no longer wear or have been handed down a piece of jewellery that "just is not your style", it can be re-created for you. We can advise you what it is possible to do, in the most cost effect way.
Mrs.C had a great pair of Diamond stud earrings she no longer wore, she has two daughters and decided to have the earrings made into a ring for each of them. We designed and made two different style rings which they are all happy with.
Maybe you just need to change your jewellery to more suit your current lifestyle, we can help you to achieve this. By re-designing and sometimes adding items together, you can have a great new look.
Repair/Restore
Having given you many years of pleasure, it is a sad fact that many items need to be repaired and restored to their former glory. With many years of experience and aided by up to date laser technology, we are able to do this. We are able to offer a range of services, please contact us for more information.
If you wish look after your jewellery, it is important to clean it regularly and when not being worn, store items separately in little bags or wrapped in tissue paper. Chains and necklaces should be fastened, laid flat and wrapped up, never place several pieces of jewellery without something in between them. Diamonds are the hardest gemstone and can only be scratched by another Diamond, they can however, scratch other precious stones.
