Dear Lionel,

A huge thank you for all that you did for us, right from the moment Doug popped the question! We absolutely love all of our rings - even Doug! You made such a special time all the more fun and relaxed. So many people have commented on my engagement ring and our wedding bands and we tell them with such fondness about "our ring man Lionel" you'd think you were an uncle or something, you looked after us so well. We had a lovely wedding in Northern Ireland despite the thunderous rain we'd had, in days before we'd a lovely dry day - we even got to drive with the hood down!

Thanks again for all you did. Very, very much appreciated. Hope to see you again sometime.

Dear Lionel,

I wanted to write and thank you for all your help throughout my journey from 'Batchelorhood' to the altar. I understand that my 'mother in law' kindly gave you some photographs on my and Georgina's behalf.

Your handiwork looks fabulous on my beautiful wife's finger and I am pleased as punch - thank you. We are off on our delayed honeymoon in a few days having had a pretty lovely time at work with all the ceremonial duties. We cannot wait it will be a welcome moment to take stock of all the excitement over the last few months. You were a huge part of it all and thank you to you and your team for helping me through it.
